That’s a wrap on “Cardiac Hill”, my first short film in 12 years! This past week of filming has been the experience of a lifetime and I had the absolute best cast and crew. Incredible performances and dedication from all.

This all started from just an idea 8 months ago, and I owe a huge shout out to @ern_tha_fern for her constant support as I endured the grueling months-long writing and pre-production processes. This is undoubtedly the biggest project I’ve ever undertaken, and coordinating a shoot in Tucson and LA, all the way from Troy, NY, was an enormous challenge - but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

We captured some truly beautiful footage and I think we’ve created something special. Not to mention we made some life-long friends along the way.

On to post-production!

Had an amazing time exploring Saguaro National Park. After many small trails, I decided to hike up the highest peak in the Tucson Mountains. 8.5 miles, 102 degrees out, no shade. The views were worth it. So many cacti.
